About Me
Born to Somali parents and raised in Yemen, I immigrated to Canada in 2011 and became a Canadian citizen in 2017. I hold an advanced diploma with honours in Computer Engineering Technology from Algonquin College in Ottawa, where I demonstrated strong proficiency in courses such as Database Management, C Programming, C++ Programming, .NET Enterprise Application, Java Application Programming, Arduino Interfacing, and Business Programming. My professional experience includes roles as a web developer, machine learning engineer intern, programmer, and technology clerk across both private and public sectors, where I have developed and refined a diverse set of technical skills.

My skill set covers both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating engaging user experiences and ensuring robust functionality. I am skilled in data management, technical diagramming, UI design, and programming microcontrollers. I also have experience in machine learning and strong project management capabilities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
